The website has an Articles section with many pieces written by me on a whole range of subjects - from the importance of aerobic exercise to finding love and romance in later life. It also has a Let's Listen section, where I conduct audio interviews (pre-recorded) with people who I believe are inspirational to the concept of healthy ageing. I have, so far, conducted three interviews at this pre-launch phase, and intend to interview more people for the site as it evolves - aiming to attract high profile seniors such as well-know TV personalities who are living proof of ageing well.
